Campus access of events run by Student Societies
Starting from May 1, 2024, tourist management measures have been
implemented in phases at HKU. Tourists who wish to access the HKU Main Campus
between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (except Public
Holidays) will be required to pre-register and will be subject to the
availability of quotas. Details of the arrangement could be referred here.
When registered student societies organise events on HKU campus and some external guests are invited, they are required to complete a pre-registration to the university via CEDARS. CEDARS has a designated online form for them to fill in and please submit this form at least a week (7 calendar days) before the date of event.
